As pop culture has become more potent, domestically we can see it as a sequel to Wordburglar’s “Welcome To Cobra Island”. Whereas G.I.Joe is very character based, the Doctor’s universe relies on concepts endearing to any sci-fi fan. Having never watched the BBC series I can assure you don’t need to be familiar with the show. More importantly get familiar with More Or Les.
